Oh How I Miss You, Milan!
I was browsing my photos on my phone when I stumbled upon these pictures I took when we were in Milan a couple of months ago. Since it brought a lot of wonderful memories, I decided to edit my mobile photos on VSCO and share it here. This post shall heavy with post-processed photos to give that dreamy feel. (To emit exactly what I'm feeling right now.
After 3 days in Switzerland, our company brought us to Italy to visit the beautiful Lake Como and the magical Duomo Cathedral. We had a day of touring the place while the last day was alloted for free day to tour around the city. As usual, we walked around Lake Como, take tons of photos as we appreciate the beauty that Lake Como has to offer. .
we also went to Galleria Vittorio -- the most beautfiul and fashionable mall I have ever seen and then toured inside the Duomo Cathedral. Duomo Cathedral is one of the oldest cathedral in the world, and I was amazed on how it was maintained throughout the years. Thousanda of tourists flocked the area but we were fortunate to have given access inside the cathedral easily because our group tour pass.
I decided to spend our last day -- our free day with my high school BFF, Suzy who happened to have a layover in Milan the same day that I am. Excited to spend time together for the first time abroad, Suzy and I spent a day in Milan shopping, walking around and eating. Eventhough I toured the Vitorrio area the day before, touring it again with the Suzy was a different experience. It felt like we we're in a chick flick living our dreams. We had coffee in Gucci Cafe, shopped in the streets of Milan and had lunch in Papa Francesco. It was my first time to spluge but what the heck, a free travel comes once in a lifetime, so why not make the most out of it?
During our 2- day stay in Milan, I was able to visit Lake Como, Galleria Vitorio, Duomo Cathedral, and Sforza Castle. It was short but definitely a sweet stay in Milan.
The photos are not enough to give justice how beautiful Milan is. Definitely, Milan is one of the most beautiful, fashionable places I've seen. I love how they were able to preserve their architecture. It was beautiful, it was surreal.
Hope you liked my post. Til next time!
Much Love,
