Thoughtful Tuesdays: Sisterhood

I initially intended my tuesdays to thrifty tuesdays but changed my mind the last minute when I realized that I wanted to impart something personal in my blog -- that is making my tuesdays to be thoughtful tuesdays. Thoughtful Tuesdays may be anything about thoughts on work, blogging, life, love, or even events.  And today (although technically its wednesday already!) I wanted to write about an interesting bonding session with my lifelong friends (I've known these girls since I was 10!) a month ago at The Grove, Rockwell.

Despite the busy schedule we have, we make it to a point that we see each other every now  and the. That time of the year we decided to hang out at The Grove Rockwell, and try out Sunrise Buckets (which was unfamiliar to me that time).

The place was indeed really cozy (and seriously packed with a lot of people) and it was a perfect place to have a "chill" bonding session.  Myself, Jessa (with Dandy), Suzy, Bev and Thet being miracoulously on time for our mini gathering.

Arrived with Jessa and I wearing almost the similar dress! Hers is from Forever 21 while mine's from SM GTW.  (spend vs. save? haha)

The food was orgasmic. It was my first time to try Sunrise Buckets (recommending the Garlic Parmesan Chicken and their Caramel drink omg!) and I couldn't stop thinking about it since then. I was so overwhelmed with my meal that I couldn't be distracted with all the chikahan while I was eating. Seriously, I never enjoyed chicken that good (except fom bottomless Maxs' Chicken. Haha)

The night became complete when a couple of our friends arrived, Ryn and Dio (the birthday girl) with her boyfriend Gino.

Because it was Diomay's birthday we decided to buy her the cutest cake we can find (in Jack's Loft) and bring it at Friday's Eastwood. Yes we transferred to Eastwood because we wanted to eat something sweet.

Because I badly wanted an open mouth smile. Haha

It was indeed a fun night for us. It was simple, laid back type of bonding. Looking at these photos makes me realize that I am very lucky to have these girls in my life. We've been friends for more than a decade, experienced a lot of changes, fought, grew up and still, we're very much together.

Anyway. I hope you guys like my first thoughtful tuesdays post. I really hope I can maintain this daily posting thing and be more creative in ways I can :)
